GEE Publishing Ltd has no knowledge or control over such material and therefore accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any material contributed by users or third parties such as advertisers or other suppliers of information in which it has no commercial interest, financial or otherwise.

  6. Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, it is hereby agreed that GEE Publishing Ltd. shall have no liability to you for any loss of revenue, or any other direct or indirect damage, loss of profits, business interruption or any other claims whatsoever resulting from your access to the Site, including but not limited to claims for any interruption or delay in access to the Site irrespective of the cause. To the extent that liability is not excluded by this agreement, the aggregate maximum liability shall in any event be limited to the amount paid by you by way of subscription or other charges for the year in which any claim or claims are made.

  7. English Law

    This agreement will be governed by English Law. The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
