Award for Absence Management


The judges will be looking for an HR team that can demonstrate how their efforts have improved absence levels at their employer. Providers can submit joint entries with their customers.

Criteria: Open to any organisation which has recently enhanced, or launched, an absence management programme.

Judging: Improved absence statistics, whether that is less absence days or more people returning from long-term sick leave, will be a key element.
