Nominees in this category will either be working as part of a team providing payroll services or in sole charge of the payroll.
Criteria: Open to in-house payroll employees and administrators with sole charge of the payroll. Bureau employees should enter Bureau Employee of the Year.
Judging: The key here is the positive impact the employee has had, both in terms of the payroll itself and the team, or the interaction with the wider business and other departments.
