Teams nominated in this category must be providing both payroll and HR services and have at least three members of payroll and HR staff in total, including the manager.

Criteria: Open to in-house integrated teams and shared-service payroll and HR teams working for a specific employer or customer.

Judging: Teams need to demonstrate that they have improved payroll processes or procedures, innovated or delivered exceptional service.
