Created in honour of the Pay Awards' 15th birthday, the winner for this new 'best in show' category will be chosen from the all the 2009 winners (apart from the Strathearn Award winner).

Criteria: Open to the winners of all the other Pay Awards 2009 categories (apart from the Strathearn Award for Lifetime Achievement).

Judging: The category winner whose commitment to excellence is second to none.
