Providers must perform gross-to-net calculations from systems which operate on their own computers, normally remote from the employer’s premises, to enter this category.
There will be two winners: a SME Employer winner and a Large Employer winner.
Criteria: The SME Employer winner will focus on outsourcing firms predominantly performing gross-to-net payroll calculations for organisations with less than 250 employees on the payroll (or payrolls), while the Large Employer winner will cover those performing gross-to-net payroll calculations for 250+ organisations.
Judging: A 50/50 split between the user vote (more details available soon) and the judges’ scores on areas such as customer service and innovation.
Please complete your entry form as normal and you'll receive further information on the user vote in June.
To enter this category you must complete the following sections. If you would like more guidance on completing your entry then you can download the provider categories entry template – click here to download.
Notes to entrants: The entry below will be scored by the judges in the following areas: innovation, customer service, payroll improvements and the case study. This will determine half your score.
The other half of the score will come from the user vote.
