This category covers all forms of reward, from benefits, pensions and pay to recognition schemes and entrants can nominate their complete scheme or just a small part of it. Providers can submit joint entries with their customers.
Criteria: Open to any organisation which has improved an existing reward offering or introduced a new scheme – the entry can cover anything from pensions, benefits schemes, salary sacrifice to performance-related pay.
Judging: The judges will be looking for proof that the new scheme or improvements have delivered results, such as improved engagement scores or retention.
