How to use the survey

Table 1 lists respondents by company name, while
tables 2-10 list them by product name.

Respondents were asked to indicate what size employer
their product was suitable for: small is organisations with
less than 50 employees; medium is 51-250 employees;
while large is defined as employers with more than 251
staff members. Tables 2-10 list products by the audience
they are targeted at, for example, small only or medium
and large.

Some information, such as typical cost and implementation
time, is just an approximate figure and should not be taken
as directly comparable — standard features and services
included will differ from company to company. All
information was supplied by the providers in question and
should be confirmed before proceeding.
